By creating an account on Arosi you agree to these terms. Arosi is a serious matchmaking platform for adults aged 18 and above seeking committed relationships and marriage.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You must be legally permitted to use this service in your country of residence. You must be genuinely seeking a serious relationship or marriage.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not create fake profiles, harass other members, solicit money, share intimate images without consent, recruit for extremist groups, facilitate visa fraud, or use the platform for any purpose other than genuine matchmaking.
4. Your content
You are responsible for content you upload. You must have the right to share any photographs you upload. You must not upload images of other people without their consent.
5. Privacy
Your use of Arosi is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data under GDPR and applicable Swiss data protection law.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
7. Disclaimer
Arosi does not guarantee that you will find a partner. We verify identity but cannot guarantee the character, intentions, or honesty of every member. Exercise your own judgment when meeting people offline.
